The Continental Mark V Limousine has the center divide and was made to be chauffeur driven with black leather on the front bench seat (a nod to the classic era).  The Continental Mark V Town Car was the same as the limousine, except for it did not have a center divide and was upholstered in gray woolen broadcloth throughout (owner driven).
